Effortless Installation for Every Surface
Our adjustable mounting system is designed for quick, safe, and flexible installation on any vertical surface.
Follow our simple step-by-step guide and deliver secure, professional results — every time.
Key Benefits for Installers
-
1. Prepare the Mounting Brackets
Slide the adjustable brackets evenly along the solar panel frame. Make sure brackets are straight; if they pinch, realign before sliding further.
-
2. Attach Clamping Plates
Insert M6 plate nuts into the panel frame where the clamps will go. Secure the upper and lower clamping brackets with M6 screws. Do not tighten fully yet — leave slight flexibility for adjustment.
-
3. Align and Tighten
Adjust the bracket positions to match the bars or rails of the balcony or fence. Once aligned, fully tighten the clamping screws to lock everything in place.
-
4. Mount the Inverter
Attach the microinverter securely using M8 bolts and plate nuts. Connect the solar panel cables to the inverter and listen for the ‘click’ sound that confirms locking. Cover any unused AC jugs with the provided waterproof hood.
-
5. Safe Panel Placement
Always work with two people. Loop the safety lashing strap around the panel and balcony or fence before lifting. Carefully tilt and place the panel over the railing, using the strap to protect your fingers.
-
6. Final Securing
Fix the stainless steel ty-raps at the top and bottom of each bracket. For extra strength, loop ties twice or secure them to lower rails. Ensure all ties are tight, and trim excess material safely.
-
7. Electrical Connection
Connect the AC extension cable from the inverter to the socket or connection point. Make sure unused plugs are sealed against water. Confirm all connections are firm and weather-protected.
-
8. Safety Checks
Verify all bolts, straps, and ties are properly secured. Recommend customers recheck installation every six months or after storms.
