VerticalSolar B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands, with its registered office at Malburgse Sluis 5-B, 6833 KA Arnhem. For privacy questions you can contact us at info@verticalsolar.nl.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly through our contact, quote, appointment and partner forms: name, company name, email, phone, country and message. We also collect basic usage data via Google Analytics 4, including pages viewed, session duration, country and device type.
3. Why we process this data
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, confirm appointments, assess partnership applications, improve our website, and meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate business interests.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the website and respond to enquiries. This includes our email infrastructure, hosting provider and analytics platform. We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiry, quote, appointment and partner data are kept for as long as the business relationship requires, plus the period imposed by Dutch tax and commercial law. Analytics data is anonymised and retained for up to 14 months.
6. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@verticalsolar.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
