1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the VerticalSolar website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply alongside any separate purchase agreement, partner agreement or distributor agreement you may have with VerticalSolar B.V.
2. Website use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or overload it. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit content from this website without our prior written consent.
3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product specifications, images and prices are accurate. However, all product information is provided as a guide only. Definitive specifications, lead times and prices are confirmed in your quote and order documentation.
4. Orders, quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document. Prices exclude VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise. Our minimum order quantity is 100 units. Volume pricing is available for distributors and installer networks under separate agreement.
5. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, copy and the patented adjustable vertical mounting system are the property of VerticalSolar B.V. or its licensors. Patents protect our adjustable mounting design across multiple jurisdictions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, VerticalSolar B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
